Age Requirements: The discount is available to all passengers with disabilities, regardless of age. Children and seniors with qualifying disabilities are encouraged to apply.

Advance Notice: Passengers are encouraged to inform us of their eligibility at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled flight to ensure appropriate accommodations and support are in place.

Booking Online: When booking your flight through our website or mobile app, select the option for handicapped passenger discounts during the booking process. Ensure you upload the necessary medical documentation at this stage.

Phone Reservations: If you prefer to book over the phone, call our customer service team and inform them of your eligibility for the discount. Have your medical documentation ready for reference.

At the Airport: If you haven't booked in advance, you can still avail of the discount at the airport. Visit our check-in counter and present your medical documentation to our staff, who will assist you in securing the discount on your ticket.
